Hotel Julien Dubuque to be Featured in Season Finale of ABC’s Hit Romance Reality Series The Bachelor

(Mar. 3, 2015) ABC’s The Bachelor will return to the beautiful river city of Dubuque, Iowa and Hotel Julien Dubuque for the season finale.  The newest Bachelor, Chris Soules, elects to hold the final rose ceremony in his home state of Iowa, marking the first-ever domestic location chosen for the filming of The Bachelor season finale.  The episode is scheduled to air Monday, March 9, 2015, at 8/7c on ABC.

“This is the first time ever that a hotel in the United States has been chosen for the filming of a finale episode of The Bachelor. I couldn’t be more proud for the associates, the management company, the ownership, and the city of Dubuque for being able to say that about this grand dame of a hotel,” said Dwight Hopfauf, General Manager at Hotel Julien Dubuque. “We are very excited to see Hotel Julien Dubuque showcased in the season finale and welcome all of The Bachelor viewers and everyone else to visit Dubuque and experience the best in Midwestern hospitality. It is a remarkable hotel and area to visit.”

Chris Soules, the handsome and successful new Bachelor who has become known as “Prince Farming,” introduced himself to last season’s Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, and female fans fell hard for the soft-spoken man with a heart of gold. Now, this dreamboat farmer and wealthy businessman from Iowa is looking to fall in love and find a wife — and bring her back home to share a life with him in the small Iowa town of Arlington. With the support of his family and the state of Iowa rooting for him, Chris truly believes he can find the right woman to share a life with.  Follow Chris Soules’ search for his soul mate in the 19th edition of The Bachelor Mondays (8:00–10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
