Everyone is welcome! 60 artists from across the country will be painting Dubuque the week of Sept 17th. To buy an original piece of artwork, purchase a ticket for the Friday Patron Party or come for free on Saturday. Located at Steeple Square on 101 E. 15th St. in Dubuque.

New artwork will be hung throughout the day.
