Seven days before leaving to make a documentary with Diveheart, a non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities through scuba diving and related activities, his son dies of a drug overdose. He decides to go anyway–but doesn’t tell anyone about his loss. He learns about healing and adapting from these adaptive divers.
Followed by a Q&A with Tinamarie Hernandez, the Executive Director of Diveheart and Jim Elliott, the President and Founder of Diveheart.
