2015 Mixology Regional

Grab your shaker and start mixing. Dubuque has been selected as a regional host location for the Iowa Restaurant Association’s 2015 Mixology Championship!

Area bartenders are invited to showcase their skills in the Riverboat Lounge on August 6th at 6:30.

The top 2 mixologists from each of the six regional competitions will advance to the State Finals scheduled for Wednesday, August 26 in Des Moines.

Competing bartenders will create cocktails for judging using the liquor choices provided by the competition spirit partners:

• Pearl Vodka: Pearl Black or Lime Basil
• Jim Beam: Basil Hayden Bourbon
• Sazerac: Herbsaint

A panel of three judges will determine the top two finishers who will advance to the finals.
