Restorative Yoga | Potosa Spa

Relax and rejuvenate with Restorative Yoga at Potosa Spa. This one hour class, lead by Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist, Chiquitta Carroll, will focus on deep relaxation and healing through a series of gentle poses and sequences designed to restore the body and mind.

Classes are every Thursday at 6pm. Join us for one session, $15/session or receive a punch card for $100/8 sessions.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Upon arrival, please check-in with our Wellness Coordinator at Potosa Spa.
