Taste of Dubuque

Sample some of the city’s best food at the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium‘s 20th Annual Taste of Dubuque. The event will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 5 – 11 p.m. at the corner of 3rd and Bell Streets in the Port of Dubuque.  Thanks to Dubuque365 for putting together the timeline of events and additional Taste information listed below:

Four live bands on two stages will anchor the entertainment at this year’s Taste. The main stage will feature live music by Johnny Trash headlining from 8 to 11 p.m. and The Adam Keith Band playing from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The acoustic-music stage will feature Jason Ray Brown from 9 to 11 p.m. with The Massey Road Band performing from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the River’s Edge Café Patio between the National River Center and the Port of Dubuque Marina and Boat Docks.

Parking for the Taste of Dubuque will be available in the Port of Dubuque public parking ramp. For boaters, limited slips in all sizes are available at the Port of Dubuque Marina. Since Taste falls on a weekday, 3-hour dockng is FREE. Contact the Port of Dubuque Marina for details.

Admission to the Taste of Dubuque is free; however, the Dubuque County Historical Society will be accepting donations at the admission gate. All proceeds will benefit the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, Mathias Ham House Historic Site, Old Jail Museum and the National Rivers Hall of Fame — properties operated and maintained by the Dubuque County Historical Society.
