Caroline’s Chef, Troy Tucker will recreate one of the most famous dinner parties in history.  Start the evening with a champagne toast before feasting on a five-course dinner inspired by the final dinner of the first class guests aboard the Titanic. Menu includes:

• First Course: Oyster Rockefeller
• Second Course: Poached Salmon with Mousseline Sauce
• Third Course: Cold Asparagus Vinaigrette
• Fourth Course: Punch Romaine
• Fifth Course: Filet Mignon, Lyonnaise Vegetable and Marrow Farci
• Dessert: Waldorf Pudding
